The Chairperson or any member of the Committee may be removed by the State Government before the expiry of his term, if he performs any act, which, in the opinion of the Government is unbecoming of the Chairperson or a member of the Committee: Provided that the Chairperson or a member shall not be removed by the State Government, without giving an opportunity of being heard.
