The ration/fodder for cattle shall be as specified by the Director General from time to time. NOTE 1.- A daily account of receipts and consumptions of grains, bran cakes, fodder, etc., whether produced in jail or purchased from outside, shall be kept in register concerned. NOTE 2.- Efforts shall be made to grow all fodder required for animals in the prison. Ordinarily, Bhusa shall not be purchased from outside without the sanction of the Director General. Such purchases shall preferably be made during harvest season. Milk.
