All able-bodied prisoners, who are not otherwise engaged in prison services, shall be allotted work in workshops and training-cum-production centers. Convicts shall be allotted to all workshops, depending on the intake and demand in each workshop. Hours of work for each group of prisoners shall be in accordance with the program content of each institution. Committee to classify prisoners.
