(1) The skill development programs shall also include essential institutional maintenance services like culinary, sanitary and hygienic services, prison hospital, other prison services, repairs and maintenance services. (2) Prisoners may also be employed in the service of maintenance and construction of prison buildings, for which they shall receive adequate remuneration or wages in accordance with the rules of the Public Works Department. Such prisoners shall be paid wages of skilled category and the remaining remuneration shall be paid in the Prisoner Welfare Fund. HARYANA GOVT. GAZ.
