All prisoners shall wash their clothing regularly and maintain good hygiene. A central washing facility or appropriate washing equipment shall be provided at a conveniently accessible location. Whenever necessary, the Superintendent may direct prisoners to boil and wash blankets, woolen coats, and bedding and appropriate equipment shall be provided for the purpose.
