All staff members especially the Deputy Superintendent (Security), Assistant Superintendent concerned and guarding personnel shall at all times be responsible to ensure that no ladders, planks, bamboos and ropes, which are likely to facilitate escape, are left lying in the prison. If such materials are to be taken inside for use these shall be properly escorted and shall be sent out of the prison after use. Every warder in charge of a workshop shall be responsible to see that all such articles are properly secured and put away when work ceases and give a certificate to that effect in the lockup register. 1384 HARYANA GOVT.
