Every Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Sub- Assistant Superintendent and Head Warder (Central Control Room) shall at all times have with him a note-book in which he shall enter every verbal order given to him by any superior officer, at the time when such order is so given. Subordinate officer to render prompt obedience.
