(1) Every staff member, in respect of the office held by him, and for whom any uniform is at any time prescribed, shall wear such uniform as per the prescribed pattern at all times when on duty, and when off duty, within prison premises or in any public place, may wear either uniform or private clothes: Provided that no combination of uniform and private clothes shall at any time be worn by any officer. (2) Every officer shall at all times and on all occasions, be clean and neat as to his dress, and clean as to his person. Certificate of fitness for employment.
