Whenever prisoners are marched from one part of the prison to another or are sitting or standing in a group, except when at meals or work or when paraded for inspection, they shall be arranged in files of pair and shall rise, move forward, stop or sit down at the word of command or signal. At parades, the signal shall usually be the stroke of a bell or gong and the movements shall be carried on simultaneously in all parts of the prison. Prisoner to salute.
