When, for any sufficient reason, it is, in the opinion of the Superintendent, necessary to entertain any number of guarding personnel, in excess of the scale fixed for the time being, the Superintendent shall forthwith send a requisition to the Director General who in consultation with the Government shall proceed further for the deployment for requisite extra guarding personnel. No guarding personnel to leave his post.
