(1) The Superintendent shall maintain a journal in which he shall record every occurrence of importance connected with the management of the prison. (2) The Superintendent shall cause to be maintained a bound compilation of all the orders passed by him relating to management, discipline, administration or other connected matters of the prison. He shall satisfy himself that every such order is duly carried into effect. All orders constituting the bound compilation shall contain the acknowledgment of having seen and received the order by the officer(s) entrusted in any way with the execution of any such order.
