(1) All items of a prisoner shall be handed over to him at the time of release from the prison. (2) The receipt and disposal of all money belonging to prisoners shall be recorded by the Deputy Superintendent (Administration) in the memorandum of property attached to each prisoner’s warrant along with the date of entry.
