There shall be a provision for Director General’s Disc to be awarded to officials at various levels as under:- (a) Warders/Head Warders up to a maximum of ten per year; (b) Sub Assistant/Assistant Superintendents up to a maximum of three per year; (c) Deputy Superintendents upto two per year; (d) Superintendent and above one per year; and (e) Other staff members up to six per year. The criteria for award of the disc shall be decided by the Director General from time to time. Cadre strength and remuneration.
