Employees may make representation to the Director General or any other senior officer for redress of their grievances, whether service related or otherwise. Representations addressed to the officers at the headquarters shall be submitted through the Superintendent. The Director General and other senior officers at the headquarters shall fix separate hours every week for giving personal attention/hearing to the employees. All such requests for personal attention/hearing shall also be routed through the Superintendent.
