(1) Each cook-house shall be under the charge of a Head Warder or Warder on monthly basis, who shall be held responsible for any irregularity detected in connection with the preparation of food. (2) Head Warder or Warder in charge of the cook-house shall be responsible for seeing that all cooking utensils and other equipment are kept scrupulously bright and clean. The cook-house shall at all times be neat and tidy. (3) Cooks shall use caps, aprons, masks, gloves, etc. while working in the cook-house. There shall be adequate arrangements for cooks to wash their hands properly before and after work. Manual handling of food is undesirable and shall be avoided. Protection from the weather during meals.
