Every prisoner shall be required to take bath and wash his clothes thoroughly. If an epidemic disease exists in the neighborhood from which he comes, his clothing shall be disinfected. In such cases, special care shall also be taken to cleanse the prisoner. Abstract of rules to be read and hung up in a conspicuous place.
