The Superintendent shall submit to the District and Sessions Judge a list every month, giving the names and other particulars in the prescribed form, of all undertrial prisoners who are charged with offences which stipulate maximum imprisonment up to seven years and have been detained in prison for more than fourteen days since their first admission. Cases of prisoners held for bailable offences.
