When additional case(s) are pending against a prisoner, the following action shall be taken, namely :- (a) entries of each additional case shall be made in red ink on the remand warrant as well as in the appropriate columns of under trial register and the Court diary; (b) Superintendent shall send intimation to the court concerned, giving details of all other pending cases along with the status of the prisoner’s custody in each case: Provided that the Superintendent may seek details of pending cases against any prisoner from any court along with the status of his custody in each case.
