Prisoners shall be dispatched so as to reach the prison to which they are being transferred between the hours of opening the wards in the morning and lock-up. As far as possible, their dispatch shall be timed so that they shall not arrive on a prison holiday except Sunday. Duties of warder or police officer in charge of prisoners.
