(1) At the time of transfer of prisoners, the following documents, with marking of page numbers on each document, shall be handed over to the officer in charge of escort to be delivered to the Superintendent of the receiving prison, namely :- (a) original warrant(s) of the prisoner including pending cases warrants; (b) available records in the prison related to the prisoner; (c) remission sheet and history-ticket; (d) medical papers and reports; (e) details of personal belongings of the prisoner (in triplicate); (f) list of clothing, bedding and other Government property sent with the prisoner (in triplicate); (g) copies of the orders of the court requiring the attendance of prisoners; (h) copy of the prison management application history-ticket showing all entries except interviews and canteen account. (2) The remission earned by the transferred prisoner up to the end of the preceding month shall be endorsed on his history-ticket and the warrant, and the entries shall be signed by the Superintendent. It shall be the responsibility of the Deputy Superintendent (Administration) to record the above-mentioned information duly and correctly, to ensure that all documents to accompany the prisoners are correctly sent and acknowledgement received.
