Every convict confined in high security enclosure, if sentenced to rigorous imprisonment shall be allotted labour like cleanliness, sanitation, etc. The undertrial prisoners may also be allotted cleanliness and maintenance tasks individually or in a group. The forms of labour shall be selected in a manner so as to prevent escape. If it is necessary to employ prisoners on tasks in the vicinity of high security enclosure, special precautions shall be taken to prevent escape.
