There shall be six-layer security system for the high security enclosure during night time. The guarding personnel at the enclosure shall constitute the 1st layer; guarding personnel deployed at tower shall constitute the 2nd layer; hourly round by the patrolling officer of the high security enclosure shall constitute the 3rd layer; and the 4th layer shall be constituted by the visit of the patrolling officer of the whole prison; the 5th layer shall consists of two rounds of checking by the Duty Officer, and lastly, the surprise checking by the Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent shall constitute the 6th layer.
