A yoga or meditation or sports instructor or resource person for skill development or to conduct an awareness program may be allowed to visit prison premises, with the prior permission of the Superintendent, subject to such conditions, as may be specified by the Director General. Communications from a prisoner who is a member of State Legislature or of Parliament.
