The Superintendent may allow a prisoner to communicate with his family members through an authorized mode of communication from time to time, after giving due consideration to the security of the prison. The prisoners can use this facility under the supervision of a prison official to be designated by the Superintendent. While permitting a prisoner the use of such facility, the Superintendent shall ensure that such permission is not given to prisoners who have a record of unruly behavior and bad conduct. Superintendent may refuse any interview.
