(1) Every interview with a prisoner shall take place in the presence of a prison officer, who shall be responsible that no irregularity occurs, and who shall be so placed as to be able to see and to prevent any article being passed between the parties. (2) Every interview with a terrorist or militant shall take place in the presence of an intelligence officer or a police officer conversant with the case against the prisoner.
