When any communication relating to the appeal of a prisoner, who has been transferred, is received, it shall be forwarded without delay, through approved means of communication, to the Superintendent of Prison in which the prisoner is confined after noting the same in the relevant Register of the prison from which the prisoner has been transferred. 1262 HARYANA GOVT.
