If any prisoner states that he does not desire to file an appeal or revision, he shall be asked to give, in writing, in the presence of two fellow prisoners, and the fact shall be recorded and attested by the Deputy Superintendent (Administration) on his history-ticket. Prisoner not to be transferred till the expiry of term for filing appeal or revision.
