On receipt of a warrant for the release of a prisoner, who has been transferred to another prison, such warrant shall be forwarded, without delay, through approved means of communication as well as through a special messenger, to the prison in which the prisoner is Confined, under intimation to the court issuing such warrant. Total remission to be endorsed on warrant on release.
