When an appellate court annuls a sentence and directs that the prisoner be re-tried, and a warrant for the prisoner's release on bail is not received, the prisoner shall be remanded to the under trial ward (unless he is undergoing some other sentence), and the Superintendent shall apply to the committing court for a warrant for his custody pending trial if such warrant is not at the same time furnished. Such warrant shall be issued by the court by which the prisoner is to be tried and set forth the date on which he is to be produced before the court. HARYANA GOVT. GAZ.
