(1) The organizational set up at the Headquarters of the Department shall be as follows, namely: - (a) Director General; (b) Additional Director General; (c) Inspector General; (d) Additional Inspector General; (e) Deputy Inspector General; (f) Chief Probation and Welfare Officer; (g) Superintendent Jail (HQ); (h) Law Officers of the rank of Deputy District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney; (i) Deputy Superintendents (j) Assistant Superintendents, Sub-Assistant Superintendents; (k) Chief Account Officer, Account Officers; (l) Superintendents (Office); (m) Deputy Superintendents (Office); (n) Assistants (Office); (o) Stenographers; (p) Typists, Computer Operators, and Clerks; (q) Attendants; (r) such other supporting and maintenance staff like Drivers, Personal Security Officers, Security staff, Electricians, Plumbers, Sweepers, Watchmen, Care Taker, Orderly, etc. (s) such other officers/officials, as the Government may decide, from time to time, for supervision and administration of the prisons in the State. (2) Additional Director General, Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General, Additional Inspector General, Superintendent Jail (Head Quarter), and Chief Probation and Welfare Officer shall perform such duties and work, as assigned to them by the Director General from time to time.
