For sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the principal Act, the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely:- “(1) The tenure, salaries, allowances and other conditions of the service of the Executive Vice-Chairperson, Technical Advisor and Member Secretary shall be such, as may be prescribed: Provided that the Executive Vice-Chairperson, Technical Advisor and Member Secretary shall not hold office beyond the age of sixty-five years.
