The Authority may be removed by the State Government on the grounds of - (a) proven misconduct or misbehavior; (b) persistence neglect to perform duties; (c) occurrence of any situation that would make him ineligible for appointment under section 60; or (d) engaging himself during his term of office in any paid employment outside the duties of his office.
