(1) The Parivar Pehchan number issued to a family shall be unique and shall not be re- assigned to any other family. (2) The Parivar Pehchan number shall be a random set of alpha-numeric characters following such pattern, as notified by the Authority and shall bear no relation to the attributes of or information provided by the family under section 3. Parivar Pehchan number.
