(1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely:- (a) Deputy Chairperson; (b) Additional Chief Secretary or Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, as the case may be, Citizen Resources Information Department, ex-officio; (c) not more than two experts, amongst those nominated under clause (h) of section 11; (d) Chief Executive Officer. (2) All decisions of the Executive Committee shall have the same effect as if taken by the Authority under this Act. (3) Every decision of the Executive Committee shall be placed before the Authority and the Authority shall have the power to modify, amend or rescind such decision and shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, however, any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done.
