Approval and recognition to a teacher may be withdrawn by the University- (i) if the teacher fails to perform duties in accordance with the manner laid down by the Ordinances; or (ii) if sufficient evidence is laid before the Executive Council that the teacher has committed an act which in their opinion is a serious offence, Gratuity, ex-gratia grant etc.
