(1) The members, other than ex-officio members, shall receive such allowances for attending the meetings of the Authority, as may be prescribed. (2) Where a person becomes or is nominated as a member of the Authority by virtue of holding an office or a position, he shall cease to be a member of the Authority as soon as he cease to hold such office or position, as the case may be. (3) A member, other than an ex-officio member may, at any time, by writing under his hand, addressed to the Chairperson, resign from his office. Meetings of Authority.
