(1) A member of any coordination committee or standing committee, having any direct or indirect interest, whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any matter coming up for consideration at a meeting of such coordination committee or standing committee, as the case may be, shall disclose the nature of his interest at such meeting and shall not take any part in any deliberation or decision of such coordination committee or standing committee, as the case may be, with respect to that matter. (2) A member of any coordination committee or any standing committee, shall, as soon as may be after appointment and every year thereafter, make a declaration, in such form and manner, as may be specified by regulations, on the extent of his interest, whether direct or indirect and whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any property, business or employment of any family member in the notified area or any matter concerning or related to the affairs of the Authority and the declaration so made shall be placed on the website of the Authority.
