The Chief Executive Officer and such officers of the Authority, as the Authority may determine and members of the Residents Advisory Council shall, as soon as may be after appointment and every year thereafter, make a declaration, in such form and manner, as may be specified by regulations, on the extent of his interest, whether direct or indirect and whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any property, business or employment of any family member in the notified area or any matter concerning or related to the affairs of the Authority and the declaration so made shall be placed on the website of the Authority.
