(1) The Authority may appoint such officers and other staff, in such manner and with such qualifications, as may be prescribed. HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 9, 2021 (BHDR. 18, 1943 SAKA) 197 (2) The salary, allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service of officers and other staff of the Authority shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may appoint, in such manner, for such temporary period and on such terms and conditions, such other staff, as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions, as may be specified by regulations.
