Power of Chairman and Executive Officer to call special meetings: The Chairman, or in his absence the Executive Officer may whenever he thinks fit and shall on requisition made in writing by not less then one third of the total number members of the Panchayat Samiti, convince a special meeting within two weeks of the receipt of the written requisition.
