In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “municipality” means an institution of self-government constituted under the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Haryana Act No. 24 of 1973); (b) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (c) “State Government” means the Government of the State of Haryana in the Administrative Department.
