(1) The Government may delegate all or any of its power under this Act except those conferred upon it by sub-section (2) of section 1, section 22 and this section, to any person or authority subordinate to it. (2) The exercise of any power delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restriction, limitations or conditions, if any, as may be laid down by the Government and shall also be subject to control and revision by it.
