Where any person has died from any dangerous disease the Commissioner may by notice in writing- (a) require any person having charge of the corpse to convey the same to mortuary thereafter to be disposed of in accordance with law; or (b) prohibit the removal of corpses from the place where death occurred except for the purpose of being brunt, buried for from being conveyed to a mortuary.
