(1) Where any building or part of a building, is intended to be let in which any person has, within six weeks immediately preceding, been suffering from a dangerous disease, the person letting the building or part shall, before doing so, disinfect the same in such manner as the Commissioner may by general or special notice direct together with all articles therein liable to retain infection. (2) For the purposes of this section the keeper of a hostel, hotel, lodging house or sarai shall be deemed to let a part of the building to any person accommodated in such hotel, hotel, lodging house or sarai, as the case may be. conveyances.
