(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the 'committee, the Appeal against ' " l i - executive officer or the secretary, as the case'may be, hade under section the order of 208 may prefer anappeal against the order to the ~ b p u t y Commissioner demoIition. within the period specified in the order for lhede&olition of the erection of work to which it relates. (2) Where an appeal is preferred under subktion ( I ) against the order of demolition, the Deputy Commissioner may stay the enforcement of the order on furnishing of sufficient secufity and on such . . terms, if my, for such period, as it may think fit:.
