In sub-section (1) of section 25 of the principal Act,– (i) for the sign “.” existing at the end, the sign “:” shall be substituted; and (ii) the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:– “Provided that in addition to the aforesaid meeting, every committee shall hold atleast one meeting in every six months of a duration of not less than three days.”.
