Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 18 1 and 182, Power of the Deputy Commissioner may within his ju~isdiction order any person D e ~ u l ~ responsible for any unauthorised encroachment as specified in sections Commissioner. 1 8 1 and I 82 to remove oral ter such encroachment within a specified time not excecding two weeks and on non-compliance with such order may remove or altcr such encroachment and ~ a l i s e all expenses thereby incurred from the pcrson concerned as fine in a criminal court.
