(1) The officers, teachers and other employees of the University may exercise, subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor and the superior officers concerned, such administrative and/ or financial powers, as the Executive Council may delegate through Ordinances or Rules or Regulations or by resolutions adopted by it. (2) The Vice-Chancellor or the Registrar with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor may delegate to an officer, teacher or any other employee of the University such powers, as he considers necessary, which have been vested in them by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
