Interpretation: If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the decision of the Executive Chairman of the State Authority shall be final. The Permanent Lok Adalat (Other Terms and Conditions of Appointment of Chairman and Other Persons) Rules, 2003 61 THE PERMANENT LOK ADALAT (OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND OTHER PERSONS) RULES, 20031 G.S.R. 3 (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (la) of sub- section (2) of section 27 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
