(1) The Dean of Post Graduate Studies shall be a whole time officer and shall be appointed by Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board. (2) The Dean of Post Graduate Studies shall be responsible to Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the Post Graduate Studies.
